CHRISTOPHER D. LEE is a Consultant at the USA China Law Group in the U.S office.

Mr. Lee earned his undergraduate degree at the Law School of Tsinghua University in Beijing, China. His thesis “Research on ShenChong Case of 1946” was published in Tsinghua Law Review in 2014.

Mr. Lee has participated in high value projects involving Foreign Investments in China, Commercial Collections in China and Enforcement of American Arbitration Awards in China. Mr. Lee assisted the Group significantly in a recent sale of a Non-performing Loan in ZhanJiang City of Guangdong Province in China.

Before joining the USA China Law Group, Mr. Lee served as paralegal in Beijing Dacheng Law Firm. He worked with experienced Chinese lawyers on M&A projects involving public companies in different industries. Mr. Lee also drafted due diligence reports for companies that wanted to go public in China.

Mr. Lee speaks English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
